WHAT KIND OF POOLS DO YOU BUILD?

AC Pool is a specialty commercial pool system contractor and we are highly trained in traditional pool construction (concrete), pre-manufactured lined and unlined stainless steel system installations. Our primary focus is on complete turnkey projects for Competition & Training Pools, Community & Leisure Pools, Thermal & Spa Pools, Hotel & Resort Pools, Health & Wellness Pools, Therapy and Rehabilitation Pools, and Waterpark Pools yet we have been tasked with some special projects such as a polar bear habitat pool, dancing lighted fountains at Canada’s largest amusement park, and luxury residential projects. These pools are typically in-ground, above-ground, suspended (or elevated) and are both indoors and outdoors. We know that each technology delivers distinct benefits and advantages to each scenario listed above and our mission is to provide expert, unbiased information to support our clients through the selection process.

WHERE DO YOUR POOL SYSTEMS COME FROM?

AC Pool has positioned itself with strong working relationships with all major commercial pool systems manufacturers globally. Our clients are extended the advantage to select their traditional or pre-manufactured commercial pool systems, filtration and treatment systems, and amenities based on what is best for their project.

WHAT ARE PRE-MANUFACTURED SWIMMING POOL SYSTEMS?

Pre-manufactured commercial swimming pools are robust systems manufactured the most advantageous materials in a large, specialized factory workshop. Pools sections are very accurately produced in ideal air conditioned environments, tested, and shipped in modules to the job site at the best possible time. Specially trained installers then install the pool system modules in very short order. This method of construction, first started in the 1960’s, is proven to significantly reduce the risks associated with weather, job site coordination with other trades, and cost uncertainty due to fluctuations in material and labour costs and their availability. This process increases installation precision, reduces job site errors, and employs materials superior to concrete such as stainless steel, PVC membranes, padded floors, and more. The materials, processes and components make for a pool system with a longer life-cycle that is a lot easier to live with. These highly engineered and efficient systems typically carry very long term warranties, permit accurate O&M cost projecting, are can reduce long term operating and maintenance costs by as much as 90%. Further, due to their lightweight and modular construction, these systems afford more design flexibility when it comes to defining the shapes of the pools, their finishes, and where they can be installed.

CAN WE VISIT THE PLANTS WHERE THEY MAKE THE PRE-MANUFACTURED POOL SYSTEMS?

We regularly make arrangements for guided factory tours. There is no better way to resolve questions and doubts than to see the factories and meet the producers in person. We do our best to fine tune each visit to focus on each specific project and the unique concerns that our clients may have.

WHAT POOL AMENITIES DO YOU OFFER?

In short, everything. From spray features and waterslides, to movable bulkheads and headwalls, fountains and hydro-massage features, and movable floors and universal inclusivity solutions. When looking to build or renovate a commercial swimming pool, whatever the programming will be, our clients are presented with solutions that will increase programming options, increase safety, improve air and water quality, add entertainment value, improve accessibility, and make their project unique and special for their guests.
